Photography Service Disclaimer

At BlissWood Bed and Breakfast Ranch, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, including offering on-site photography services by our renowned photographer, Skeeter Hagler. However, please be aware that due to unforeseen circumstances, Skeeter may not always be available to provide photography services during your stay or event.

In the event that Skeeter is not available, you may schedule your own choice of photographers, or we can provide you with a list of photographers in the area whom you can contact to book a substitute. Please note that these photographers are not employed by or affiliated with BlissWood B&B Ranch and we cannot guarantee their availability or quality of service.

Should you choose to book a substitute photographer, any funds you have paid for Skeeter's services will be refunded in full. This refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame after the cancellation of Skeeter's services.

By booking our photography package, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to providing you with a memorable stay at our ranch.

Package Terms

Package "As is"... $999, plus cost of accommodations. Two-night minimum stay required for package. Special holiday lodging pricing and 30% surcharge added to package price and photography for scheduling during holidays, Valentine’s, spring break, and special events weeks. Deposits and balances paid for events are non-refundable. All prices do not include tax or gratuity.

Marriage License: We cannot supply a marriage license, since that is a legal document that must be obtained from any courthouse in Texas. View our FAQ to learn more.
